First practice schedule

First practice


• meeting with players and parents

• warm up jog

• stretching

• catching in groups

•                Coach Steve with one level

•               Coach June with one level

•               Ania/Sydney, Lauren/Emily/Danielle

• Grounding drills (three or four groups depends on volunteers)

• First, rotation (10 minutes at each location)

           1. 4 running to first base / turns/stops/etc

           2. 1 hitting on the basketball

           3. 1 hitting balls off the T-

           4. 4 doing ladder drills

          5. 3 doing pop up catches

          6. 1 doing quick swings

          7. Select people will work on pitching

• bunting drills (slap and bunt)

• infield practice with throws to first
